Admittedly: We’re late with our trade show news on this year’s Battery Show in Stuttgart. But there are reasons for that: We have been working up to the last minute on various innovations that we would like to present to you live at the trade show.

After all, e-mobility urgently requires high-quality technologies, e.g., for the dispensing and potting of thermal conductive pastes in battery production. Even more reason for us to be pleased to announce dispensing technology at its finest again this year.

A highlight at the booth:

We will be presenting our vipro-PUMP, mounted on an axis system from Bosch Rexroth, as part of a live dispensing session, demonstrating automatic product handling. We have also developed the automatic barrel emptying system vipro-FEED M plus as a feeder for either 1C or 2C materials, for which safety was a major issue. That is why we developed an improved enclosure especially for this purpose. With automated parting plate degassing, you continue to benefit from bubble-free and precise material feeding – as already known from ViscoTec. You will be surprised at the advantages you will gain from these technical improvements. This also applies to the continuous position detection of the follower plate which you can now use to monitor your fill levels.

But that’s by no means all that our team has been working on under high pressure for this year’s Battery Show: With the newly developed carbide rotor for the vipro-PUMP, abrasive media can no longer damage the technology during dispensing – increased breakage resistance and longer service life included.

The vipro-PUMP is available as a configurable 1C dispenser in 5 different sizes. As always, you have the choice of different materials for the rotor and stator, and we can provide pressure and temperature monitoring via the flowplus-SPT M6 sensor.

In addition, in Stuttgart you will have the chance to get to know our 2C dispensing heads ViscoDuo-VM, ViscoDuo-VMP 22/22 and ViscoDuo-P 4/4. These are considered classics in the ViscoTec portfolio.

As you can see: We had a lot going on! It goes without saying that we also have battery modules and packs in our luggage for the Battery Show, to be able to discuss your ideas in an even more practical way. Our colleagues from sales, product management and R&D are looking forward to meeting you.
