Each material behaves differently and requires a coordinated dosing or pump technology. To determine the best solution for our customers, our laboratories are in constant use. Now ViscoTec Asia can also support customers who are faced with challenging dosing tasks with the new office and laboratory space.
The new offices are located in Hanoi and have already been very well accepted by our customers from the Asian region since June 2022. The lab is equipped with various dispensers and a desktop robot that enables live applications and testing. In order to master the dispensing challenges that our customers present to us, expertise and experience are needed in addition to the appropriate technology. More than seven years of experience in dispensing technology is brought by our colleague Bien Do in Ho Chi Minh City, and with over two years of experience in automation, Mr. Tuong, based in Hanoi, is ready to assist our customers.
In addition, ViscoTec is expanding its sales territory to include the Malaysian market. Since January 2023, Mr. Ong Lee Wei has represented ViscoTec Asia as Country Sales Manager based in Penang, Malaysia. He brings over ten years of knowledge and experience in the relevant field, which coupled with the product portfolio will be an asset to our customers in the Asian market.
