ViscoTec Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik GmbH was honored as a winner of the prestigious “Großer Preis des Mittelstandes 2024”. At a festive gala in Würzburg, the Oskar Patzelt Foundation honored the outstanding achievements of ViscoTec and 14 other companies from 7 German states.
Under the motto “With confidence towards the future”, Dr. Helfried Schmidt, Chairman of the Board of the Oskar Patzelt Foundation, emphasized the importance of companies like ViscoTec, which contribute significantly to Germany’s economic success through innovation, corporate responsibility and sustainable growth.
Technology meets responsibility: ViscoTec as a pioneer in mechanical engineering
ViscoTec has established itself as a flexible solution provider for high-precision dosing and filling processes. The company’s systems are used worldwide in the automotive, electronics, pharmaceutical, food, 3D printing and aviation industries. “Our technologies guarantee maximum reliability and process safety. They are an important part of our customers’ success – from electric motor construction to highly complex manufacturing processes in electronics,” explains Martin Stadler, Technical Managing Director of ViscoTec GmbH.

The award as winner of the “Großer Preis des Mittelstandes” not only underlines ViscoTec’s technological expertise, but also the company’s commitment as a responsible and attractive employer. The company’s new building in Töging was built to the KfW 40 standard and equipped with a large photovoltaic system. In addition, ViscoTec works together with the Char2Cool e.V. association to offset its CO2 emissions of 625.7 tons.
The company’s social commitment is also reflected in various donation campaigns. As part of the “Cycle to work” campaign, ViscoTec donated a total of €2,000 to the regional children’s cancer charity BALU in 2024. ViscoTec is one of the main sponsors of the local beach volleyball event.

With an international customer base and subsidiaries in America, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, France and Denmark, ViscoTec continues to focus on growth and international expansion. In January 2024, the company will open its seventh branch: ViscoTec Nordic.
