“What does dosing technology have to do with a steak?”. Franz Kamhuber, Managing Director of ViscoTec, addresses this question to the Association of Junior Entrepreneurs Mühldorf-Altötting and the Association of the Self-Employed. Anyone who is not familiar with dosing technology will find it difficult to imagine the end products for which ViscoTec makes a significant contribution to the success of the manufacturing process.
On April 10, 30 members of the Association of the Junior Entrepreneurs Mühldorf-Altötting and the Association of the Self-Employed Mühldorf visited the company and immersed themselves in the world of dosing technology. During a company tour, the management showed the premises such as assembly halls, offices or the in-house technical center and illustrated with vivid examples how ViscoTec’s dosing systems are used in various areas – from circuit board production to printed meat substitutes. A highlight for the event participants was the opportunity to delve deeper into development, production, and quality assurance at ViscoTec.
Christian Liebhart, a board member of the Junior Entrepreneurs and experienced businessman in the field of personnel and business coaching, initiated the contact with ViscoTec with the aim of enabling entrepreneurs from the region to discuss current issues facing the economy and the labor market. The management also provided insights into the organizational structures and measures that are currently being taken to meet the challenges of our time. The focus of the lively discussions was on the ongoing shortage of skilled employees. Strategies for attracting skilled/competentworkers and recruiting trainees were discussed in depth, with the aim of successfully overcoming the difficulties on the employee market.
“The visit by the Mühldorf-Altötting Junior Chamber of Commerce and the Mühldorf Federation of Self-Employed Persons underlines for me how important it is to exchange ideas and work together in the regional business community. I fully support the purpose of the Junior Chamber to network and train young managers and entrepreneurs. After all, it is in everyone’s interest that the Mühldorf-Altötting region continues to grow economically.” – Franz Kamhuber, CEO of ViscoTec Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik GmbH.
